Evolly combines a private photo and video gallery, a demo mode with no card required, QR-code accessories, real-time statistics and secure cloud storage on Cloudflare R2. Guests scan dedicated codes, add content without logging in, and the couple decides when to renew their plan (1, 3 or 5 years).
Evolly is a complete SaaS platform for couples, photographers and wedding coordinators. From a single dashboard you create your gallery, manage guest access, track activity in real time and can extend your order with physical accessories (frames, place cards, signs with QR codes). All data is stored in the European Cloudflare R2 region, and password-protected galleries are end-to-end encrypted before the file ever reaches the cloud.
The current version of the app includes a 12-hour demo mode with no card required, four plans (from 10 GB to 40 GB) that can be extended for 1, 3 or 5 years, automatic QR codes assigned to each table, a ZIP download module, and Stripe payments with the option to issue a business invoice (tax ID).

Every gallery generates unique links and QR codes (even per table). Guests scan, upload photos and videos without creating an account, and you decide when the upload window is open.
The Ultimate Video plan supports 40 GB of content and clips up to 10 seconds long. The owner can download the entire gallery as an encrypted ZIP with a single click.
Password-protected galleries are encrypted in the browser before they reach Cloudflare R2 servers. Access is granted only to the people you share the password or encrypted token with.
The dashboard shows the number of active guests, real uploads from the last 24h and storage usage. The data is based on the /api/statistics/* endpoints also used on the home page.
In the wizard you can choose QR frames, place cards, signs or other add-ons. Orders are handled online (Stripe), and you track their status in the dashboard.
Sign in with a Google account or start a 12-hour demo. The demo lets you create one gallery, add 5 photos and 1 video (50 MB), and the data is deleted automatically.

The standard plan lasts 12 months, and at checkout you can also pick shorter or longer periods, as listed in the current price list. After the period ends you have 30 days to decide whether to renew. We keep all files in the European Cloudflare R2 region, and the backup is stored in encrypted form.
Yes. Just click “Try the demo” in the header. The system creates a test account for 12 hours (no card, no personal data). The demo version supports one gallery, 5 photos and 1 video up to 50 MB. Once the demo expires, everything is deleted automatically.
Yes. You share a link, QR code or token for a specific table. Guests don’t create accounts, and the system enforces limits and time windows. You can enable moderation to approve every shot before it appears in the public view.
Access happens through special links and tokens shared with guests. Passwords have been retired — we use access links and browser-side encryption.
Plans offer 10, 20, 30 or 40 GB. Ultimate Video supports both photos and short clips (10 seconds). At any time you can see your storage usage and upgrade to a higher plan.
Yes. The gallery owner can generate an encrypted ZIP file (Ultimate and Ultimate Video plans). The package includes both your own photos and content from guests – along with metadata on who added them.
The video feature is available in the Ultimate Video plan and in demo mode (limit of 1 file). Guests can record with their phones, and the system automatically converts the files and limits their length to 10 seconds.
Once you create a gallery you’ll download print-ready posters, table stickers and social media graphics. Integrated buttons let you share the link via Messenger, WhatsApp, email or SMS with a single click.
Yes. In the “Accessories” step you can choose QR frames, place cards or other add-ons. Personalized products (e.g. with names) are non-refundable once printed, while the rest can be claimed or returned within 14 days in accordance with Polish consumer law.
